A high-energy fusion of gymnastics and dance, designed for children in Reception, Year 1, and Year 2 (ages 4–7). This 30-minute class blends floor-based gymnastics skills like rolls, jumps, and balances with expressive dance movement, rhythm, and fun choreography.

It’s the perfect class for building strength, flexibility, and performance skills—all in a safe and supportive environment, just like our regular sessions!
