A 1.5hrs intensive workshop working on all things Acro/ Gymnastic Dance with our fabulous specialist Miss Jazz. This workshop is for you if you love Acro/ Gymnastic dance and want to improve your skill set. These intensives will focus on drills, skills and techniques to help improve your strength, flexibility, walk overs, aerials, flics and so much more!

Camp notes

Please wear a gymnastics leotard and shorts or fitted clothing
